We are a primary care doctor’s office for adults on Medicare. We offer in person, video and telephone visits for patients. Our patients have access to a Behavioral Health Specialist on-site. Our patients are also able to access a One Medical Seniors provider 24/7 by phone for urgent needs, after business hours or on the weekends. We also have onsite laboratories and we provide exercise and health and wellness group classes.

We can partner with any specialist that is in your insurance network. We can help you maintain existing relationships with specialists, or recommend one.

While we are not affiliated with any hospital, we can work with any hospital that is within your network and we can coordinate with you and your loved ones to help ensure you get the care you need.
