PT Solutions of Sylacauga

I was sent to PT Solutions in Sylacauga for post-op therapy after knee surgery. I have had surgery to both shoulders and the same knee previously. When I went in, it was 4 days post-op. The exercises that were done during my "therapy" were something that would have been a little taxing if I had come in the same day as surgery. In all previous physical therapies at other locations, 3 things always happened. The therapist had me warm up for 5-10 minutes, my joint was exercised to the point of my sweating from exertion, and then the joint was cooled down for the last 5-10 minutes. The "therapy" at PT Solutions consisted of none of this. Due to my previous experience, I was comfortable with ceasing my sessions after the first and performing my own therapy thereafter. I feel sorry for others who may go there and don't know that recovery should be accomplished sooner than mine would have been if more sessions had been conducted the same way.
