I will be reporting this company to the insurance commission, Labor and Industries, and will review on all platforms. First the driver that showed up was acting like he was on meth. He then complained to my daughter how tired he was. The car was to go to a shop in Portland. He appeared not to want to do that. But I’m guessing this is part of the scam this company is running. He told her if he left the car and something happened to it he would get in trouble and pressured her to store the car at their facility till morning. She paid a storage fee immediately via CREDIT CARD. This was a progressive insurance tow. The following day they refused to release car unless paid only in cash. They refused to take a card. This reeks of fraud. I suspect they are pocketing the cash or underreporting their income to the IRS. Progressive attempted to reason with them as did I. I spoke with a woman who claimed to be a manager. I never raised my voice or cursed. She hung up on me for my tone. When I called back she asked me if I was going to watch my tone. These people appear well versed in shady business practices as all the reviews they hid from their website have the same theme, insurance fraud or stealing from clients cars. They advised that I get another tow company and progressive pay the second one for both and then the second tow pays them cash. Again this reeks of some small time hustle. In the end we had to have a local progressive agent run them over cash. This was after they attempted to tack on a second storage fee. These people are unethical and criminals.
