An undergraduate of the University of Florida at Gainesville, Dr. Garcia received his medical degree from the University of South Florida, College of Medicine in 2003. After completing a residency in orthopedic surgery from Loyola University Medical Center in Maywood, Illinois, Dr. Garcia completed a fellowship in hand and upper extremity surgery from Brigham and Women’s Hospital in Boston, Massachusetts.
