2 years later still hasnt finished what he was paid for. A master bathroom that he left a cracked toilet base installed that leaked in to basement onto my pool table. Poor communication. Paid a helper 17.00 an hour while he smoked outside all day. The work the helper did was subpar. Rob is not someone I would recommend. I paid him double what he quoted. Still has not finished what we agreed to and well he redid things that did not need to be done things he did are not level nor are the lights he overcharged me for even functional. Added a outlet that he was sure I would be "grateful" about that is an eyesore. Did I tell you all about his decorated military service ? He told my friends girlfriend all about it? Supposedly he saved soeoneones life and collects disability Pffft. His lungs are his only dissabillity and that is from smoking and yapping all day . He tells everyone what a hero he is. He says a a lot and does very little. He did help me tow some cars with his electric winch that were stuck in the yard. So if you are looking for a tow truck driver that claims to be a great plumber and remodel expert .. . I would prefer he did what we agreed to instead. Hire him with caution.. Did I mention no receipts and a miscommunication on how much I paid him ? Yeah an extra thousand he doesn't recall.. I could go on and on. I cannot get an answer from him. He even lives in the neighborhood and could literally walk to my house.. Smokey we call him.. Empty promises and endless talking with minimal results. Quoted 3,000 for the tub and floor to the curb of shower and go from there. The tear out and framing had already been done by a friend. Never finished what we agreed to and what is done is not level on the tub and needs to be yanked out and redone he supervised a kid doing the work .. Well I paid him 6,000 and of that he said I owed him 1,000 that was definetly an accounting error on his part. Let alone I do not have that part I paid 8K completed 2 years later.. NO one wants to touch his work so I guess I will have to reset and start over.. Zero not Hero. Smokey Stinks ! ! Oh and by the way HOT water goes on the left SMOKEY !
