The flowers were fantastic, fast delivery too! But online I ordered a Mylar balloon to go with it. The balloon was not attached. When I called to find out why it wasn’t. I was told by a lady that they do not have balloons there in their shop. I asked for a refund. She said send a request through Venmo. She never responded. The balloon was not cheap. Maybe this is their way of charging for tips.
