One Mind Dharma is the proud creation of Matthew and Elizabeth Sockolov. From daily inspirational emails and guided meditations to handmade malas and jewelry, OMD offers something for everybody. Our goal is to encourage each member of our community to find a way to practice mindfulness in his or her life. The Buddhist teachings have transformed our lives, brought us together with each other, and brought us together with many amazing friends along the way.
