Dr. Andrew Kiper began his working life in the film and television industry. However, a neck injury that did not respond to conventional treatment eventually led him to seek chiropractic care. He found chiropractic treatment so effective, and he was so drawn to the profession that he decided to change careers and become a Chiropractor himself!
Dr. Kiper completed his doctor of chiropractic degree at the National University of Health Sciences in Lombard, Illinois. While completing his education, he served as the university president for the Motion Palpation Institute, and attended all MPI seminars, teaching students manual therapy and rehab techniques. He also practiced as a chiropractic intern at the Salvation Army clinic in Chicago. Dr. Kiper also holds an acupuncture license and has received training in physical medicine techniques, such as McKenzie therapy®(MDT), Cox® Flexion-Distraction therapy, and RockTape®. In addition to treating a wide variety of musculoskeletal problems, Dr. Kiper offers chiropractic pregnancy care, food sensitivity testing, and counsels patients on the use of supplements. Dr. Kiper believes pain is the final stage of a problem or dysfunction; correcting the cause of the pain can help people regain their health.
