Personal Training: Costs $250 for the down payment with a 12-week commitment, and $100 every additional two weeks. This package includes 1-on-1 training, body fat measurements, tape measurements, custom diet plan, 24/7 support and the opportunity to learn.
Custom Diet Plan: Costs $100/month and includes weekly check-ins, 24/7 support and adjustments to diet if necessary.
Custom Training Plan: Costs $150/month and includes 24/7 support and adjustments to training plan if necessary
Custom Diet/Training Bundle: Costs $200/month and includes weekly check-ins, 24/7 support and adjustments to both diet/training plans if necessary.
