Doctors John Migliore D.V.M. and Ken Fiser D.V.M. came to Visalia immediatlely following their veterinary educations at UC Davis and have been partners in this endevor for over 25 years.In 2011 Dr. Migliore and Dr. Fiser constructed a new, larger, more modern facility in order to provide the best possible service to our clients.
