Orchard's Auto Glass Works

I have been going to Orchards for years! I have been nothing but pleased with their work. The family is very polite and friendly! I would recommend them to everyone!

I WOULD NOT RECOMMEND THIS PLACE AT ALL. I brought my car here because my insurance company gave me them as a choice so they could REPAIR my windshield. It was a typical windshield repair. So while I was waiting, the man tells me that it split more. I know this can happen but it seemed like it shouldn't have. I was pissed. So he gives me a price on the windshield and I said fine b/c I didn't want to have to deal with this, I was already annoyed that it happened to begin with. Today, I drop my car off and it was ready after a couple of hours. I drive off and they had left the hood open. I get out to close my hood and notice scratches on the drivers door so I go back and tell the guy. He said he wasn't near that area and he noticed it when he started working on it which is a bunch of BS especially since I don't use a keep to open my door. Well, how did they get there. I am NOT stupid and used to be in a similar business. After I left again, I inspected the car more, there is a deep scratch on the hood, fender near the hood and passengers door. It was obviously from a zipper or a dirty towel that they used to wax or clean part of the car except for the deep scratch. He couldn't give a darn (to put it nicely). You try to give the local guy a chance, I should've called safelite or some other company!!!!! THEY DON'T DESERVE ANY STARS! DON'T KNOW HOW THEY HAVE BEEN IN BUSINESS FOR 100 YEARS!
