This outfit really is the worst. Everybody hates them: Other realtors; title companies; former clients; local businesses; the hired help. You have to wonder why. Just ask around before using them to sell or buy.

Stay away from this den of thieves. I dealt with two of its realtors & regret it to this day. The first of them is Mark Arbeit, who represented me & my wife in our purchase of a convicted criminal mortgage broker's house over a leaking underground oil tank. Arbeit's a real piece of work: Read about his exploits with little boys in The Washington Post archives for June 20, 25 and 26, 1987; check out the threadbare "hair thingy" fastened to his head; know that he makes unauthorized use of former clients' names to post gushing, ridiculous tributes to himself all over the 'net. The second realtor is Lou Solomon. He's another real piece of work: He puts in MLS descriptions for his listings info that he later blithely admits is untrue, lets prospective buyers know his sellers' bottom lines, and sports a really gnarly, orange suntan year 'round. The two of them can't be trusted; neither can any other realtor who works in this pit of vipers!
