SoCal Mediation Center was founded on the principle that litigation is not the solution for everyone. It is costly, lengthy, and can ruin what could have other wise been an amicable situation. Mediation helps all parties involved compromise and come to a solution that is beneficial for everyone. We will all work together to come to an end result that will be able to make everyone happy, in a less formal setting than the courts. There is no one person championing over another. This is incredibly valuable for couples who wish to remain on good terms, or businesses who wish to continue a working relationship.
