Gary Martin is a fraud and a thief. He wrote up a very pricey estimate, unfortunately I agreed to it. He started work to remove several trees and install a drainage system. I had to keep on him to get it done and correctly. It is still not completed and I still have flooding. He claimed to have done drainage work for the military and the county. I doubt he was truthful at all. He never completed all the work. I was supposed to get new sod for my yard and he did not remove all of the trees, nor did he clean up the debris. He conned me into paying a large down payment and never finished. He also tried to 'find' new work that needed to be done. Gary Martin is a con man and can not be trusted. If you ask me, he belongs behind bars!
