We are very pleased with this company. The office staff was very helpful and scheduled same day appointment, they called 20 min before to let us know that the technician was on the way. It is hard to find a good repairman these day, so I would like to recommend American West Appliance Repair. I called them when my dryer stopped heating. I was offered same day service and the repairman arrived on time. He was not only punctual and courteous but reasonably priced as well.

We tried to dry some clothes in our Kenmore dryer and the appliance stopped heating. We called American West Appliance Repair and requested Mike because he fixed our appliances before. He came to our house on time, quickly diagnosed the problem with gas valve coils, had the brand new parts on his truck and repaired our dryer within 30 minutes. The charge was reasonable. Great service!

I have called them twice to repair my appliances. Both times everything went very well. They sent technicians out on the same day. Both men were nice and knowledgeable of my appliances. American West Appliance was great! I got the name from a neighbor and after checking them out online, gave them a call. They were professional and helpful. The technician was prompt and polite, he answered all my questions, explained exactly what was wrong with my washer and how to fix it. He charged flat fee for labor and the cost of the part. He made sure that the job was done correctly and taught me how to maintain the machine in the future.

Our dryer Kenmore needed to be serviced so we called American West Appliance, because we used this company in the past and we were very happy with their service. The technician was here the same day. He came prepared with the parts and promptly replaced the coils that was the cause of the problem. He was on-time, friendly and professional. We would highly recommend this company to everyone!
