We provide marriage counseling, premarital counseling, relationship therapy and relationship assessment. We also provide individual and family counseling. We help you cope with issues of relationship difficulties, depression, anxiety, financial stress and workplace challenges. We use proven tools and techniques such as cognitive-behavioral therapy as well as curricula like PREPARE ENRICH and PREP. Our premarital counseling fulfills the 4 hour requirement by the clerk of courts to receive a discount on the marriage license. Our marriage and relationship counseling approach is designed to build communication, resolve conflict and enhance emotional intimacy.We provide workshops and seminars that teach relationship enhancement skills.
