STRANDED by Regal Coach !!! Zero attention to detail. Driver arrived with no car seats. Two unanswered calls to the office --no solution for my family.
We were stranded Sat night at LOGAN at 10 pm with two kids under 3 y.o. I confirmed several times prior. See attached. No call from Steve, no apology, no refund. DO NOT USE.
