First time I used a moving company and I had no Idea what to look for but this guys just saved me. Got pretty accurate quote from the first interaction(maybe a hundred on top of what they initially said) and also they did not ignore my wife which constantly was calling customer service to find out how much closer they are to our home, even vow it was taking 5 to 10 minutes to get through to them.
Only thing that bothered me is that they couldn't assist me with assembling the furniture, but nothing I couldn't handle myself.

The movers arrived early on the moving day to get a head start. They packed everything with precision and skills. The boxes containing breakables were attentively packed using a lot of tapes. They finished loading everything within just 3 hours. The same job had taken other movers never less than 5 hours in the past. They reached our new house 10 minutes before we did. They unpacked and put everything where they belong. It was a great moving experience made possible by these guys.

They guys from United relocation group had to pack almost 40 boxes and bring it down form the 4th floor. It wasn’t easy because we had lot of furniture. But they did it accurately without a scratch on anything. They worked really hard and I really appreciate it. But most importantly my move to Elizabeth from Norfolk, VA was done within the schedule and I did not have to pay more than the quoted amount, which was just perfect.

Just got my stuffs at my new house in Phoenix, AZ. I actually relocated here about a week ago but kept my stuffs at their storage unit. Usually moving companies (with all due respect) have very limited offers and man power, so people like us who have many heavy things to move to a long distance and need options are not comfortable with their offers.
