This place is an absolute poor excuse for a medical facility! I've been using Royal Urgent Care / DR. Noma Abbasi as a primary doctor. Almost every time I visit it has always been a strained visit. At first it was the front desk workers with very little to no professionalism, then as I visited more and more I began to see where it stems from. Dr. Abbasi does not take her practice serious at all. It's all about the money not health and care of her patience. I experienced (3) price increases during my visits there.

Worst of all Dr. Abbasi's record keeping is less than desirable. She has often accused me of not taking my medication properly because of the time intervals I would visit her office which was every (3) months simply because that was the only amount of medication she would prescribe (90) day supply. This was to keep me coming back so that she could get that $$ as often as she could. On my very last visit on 12/10/2021 she accused me of not coming to a doctor's visit since June 2021 which would make it (6) months instead of (3) months. I simply told her that was not true. Dr. Abbasi vehemently insisted that I hadn't been in for a visit since June and refunded my money and told me that I was not going to ruin her reputation by not being in compliance. After driving 20 miles to my home and 20 miles back to her office to show her the medication bottles dated for September 9th 2021, she had one of her workers meet me outside and told me they indeed saw where I visited in September. You see, in her office they have an Urgent Care system and a Primary Care system. On the September visit one of her workers registered me in under the Urgent Care system which must have happen before as Dr. Abbasi has accused me of that in the past when she didn't see that side of the system. When all actuality her office was not in compliance with their record keeping. So finally, I am out of my medication for hypertension and left with trying to find a primary doctor. I've received better service for my dog at a veterinarian than I've received at Royal Urgent Care. I will be filing a formal complaint with the State Board of Medicine. PLEASE BE ADVISED! STAY AWAY FROM THIS PLACE IF YOU'RE REALLY CONCERNED ABOUT YOUR HEALTH!
