In a relaxed, well-equipped, and comfortable setting, you'll be guided through learning commonly used cooking techniques. You will learn by doing.

The goal is for you to feel comfortable cooking for yourself...that it's doable, quick and easy to clean up. It's a 3 hour class where you cook as a group. The meals are well balanced, healthy fresh ingredients and perfect to cook after a work day. You prepare together - you do the cooking - and everyone has plenty to eat.

The meals are eaten right after preparation so you eat it while it's hot.
