About Passadore'S Pizzeria

As a family, we tasted and tested, a delicious search of the best and freshest local ingredients we could find. Many hours went into refining our family dough and sauce recipes, and then pairing them with endless topping combinations. As we created the taste in our recipes, we realized something was still missing. Cooking our pies in the kitchen oven did not set us apart from everyone else, we needed that special touch from a great pizza oven. After months of research, we found a stone plate conveyer oven that met all of our needs.
