I've been going here for 5 years. They helped me with my phone service and I've never had problems. The have great phone products for extremely low prices. Traded in my old iphone recently and paid a little bit extra and got the newest Iphone in brand new condition and unlocked. They fix screens for low prices too (lower price then other places) they help with any phone issues too in a timely manner.-GREAT CUSTOMER SERVICE -GREAT PRODUCTS Definitely recommend this to everyone.

Awesome service - my Samsung s4 screen died. They fixed in less than a half hour. The screen died again later that day. Took it back the next day - sixty minutes later it was fixed. Hopefully it will stay fixed.Highly recommend these guys.

Like other reviewers, this was the first time I've taken my iPhone to anyone outside the appleverse. I diagnosed the problem myself (thanks YouTube) and looked at the videos related to the likely cause of the problem. My screen was locked with lines appearing on it - which rendered the phone unusable.I called the place based upon other reviews from Yelp. The picked up the phone right away and I drove over. I walked into the store and was greeted professionally. They listened to me and prior to doing the work took the phone apart and showed my what was going on. Ultimately I replaced the LCD at a cost of $75. Works great! And the best part? There appears to be a good Indian restaurant, and several other restaurants in the same shopping area, so you can grab some good food and a cold drink while you wait!

I went in with a cracked screen and they fixed it quick and in a hurry. It was a very reasonable price. I went back for the same problem and the guy behind the counter was very helpful and understanding and even did the repair for a even better price. They will look out for you.

These guys did a great job a repairing my iPhone 5s in less than 30 minutes. I found them through Amazon services. I gave them 4 stars because they didn't have any cases that were quality for my phone model. I did pick up a Tempered glass screen shield from them for cheap, But i really did want to buy a wallet type case while i was there, but they didn't have any. They also didn't have tempered glass for my wife's HTC one. So a better selection would have gotten them 5 stars.

I had my screen replaced on my iPhone 5s and 6 here. Excellent customer service; I was in and out in under 15 minutes as just a walk-in customer (screen fixed and all)! Great prices compared to other competitors in the area and the employees are very knowledgeable. I have seen the same phone cases Best Buy sells here for half the price! Highly recommend this store. I have gotten repairs on my iPhone 6 from other places before and you can visually see the difference that the screen has been replaced. Also the smallest drop and the screen is broken again, NOT HERE!!! DMV Unlocked did a amazing job screen looks like i just took it out of the box, the service was fast, good and highest quality I have seen. COME HERE OVER ANY OTHER PLACE!

I have an HTC Mini which 3 other shops were unable to fix because of part unavailability. DMV researched the part and gave me a quote over the phone. They fixed it on time and correctly. Good customer service with follow up phone calls.

This was the first time I'd ever brought my phone anywhere besides the retail store and I was more than pleased. I just brought in two Samsung phones that had cracked screens and they replaced both screens in about 2 hours. They talked about every step of the process and let me know the parts that they would use upfront. It was a very smooth transaction and both screens were fixed for under what getting one replaced at the Sprint store would have cost. I am very happy that I checked them out on Yelp and went there.

Owner REALLY goes the distance to deliver satisfaction for the customer. I got the wrong phone for the Verizon Network and Fraz did all he could to help troubleshoot the device and SIM card activation before issuing me a full refund on the purchase, with all the troubleshooting on his own time after regular hours. His attitude and character is really why I had to write this review. He is a reasonable person and I wish him great success in business expansion.

After cracking my brand new iPhone 5s, which was actually a replacement of another one I badly cracked, I was not interested in purchasing yet another new phone, and so looked into getting a new screen instead. And this is where DMV came in. They were professional and fast, and my iPhone looks as good as new! The service was great and I'll definitely return - though hopefully not for another screen...

This place is great! I dropped my 5S in New Orleans and the screen shattered. These guys were really nice and provided fast service, only 45 minutes and my screen was good as new. The price is excellent as well! If you are ever in need of a screen replacement, call this place first. There are two strip malls across the street from this place so you can grab lunch or what not while you wait. I'm very satisfied!!! Thank you!

I had to give this place 4 stars instead of 5 because the screen that was replaced eventually came loose and it's only covered for 30 days so not too happy about that. Not sure if I should have gone somewhere else and paid $125 instead of the &75. 12/15/14 Thanks for getting back to me. I went in on September 5th so I've missed that window. Wish I had known sooner but no worries, I know for next time. Thanks again for replying.

This little storefront, amidst an ethnic community of shops, restaurants and a post office, is an international mecca of services. The brand new make-over is raising the esteem of the center after a long, hard, winter of snow, dirt and scaffolding for days. All of that is coming off to reveal a well-thought out, clean, modern aesthetic. . . Tucked between two Asian businesses is DMV Unlocked Wireless - with postings all over Craig's List. I was led to Fraz, the owner's son who is nothing less than an Unlock - guru. I've returned several times because my phones, used and new weren't responding properly (no fault of DMV) because of upgrades and other technical difficulties. Fraz tackled all the problems, one by one with patience, tenacity, expertise - all with a warm smile and sincere gratitude. The attitude with which he greeted me, made it easy to return to learn something new each time. Alas, my phone is up and running and I'm back on circuit - not only have I learned a lot about unlocking phones and the various ways it can be done, but I'm loyal to one place and one guy who's willing to take on any unlock phone challenge (apparently), no matter what! Ask for Fraz - you won't be disappointed!

Mom and pop shop in the middle of Springfield, Virginia right off of Backlick rd. with an array of international shops surrounding it, it's actually very hard to miss. Inside you'll find a beautiful collection of all the top model phones locked and unlocked, gsm and CDMA, from android to apple to blackberry to the old-school flip phone. Accessories and cases for all types of people, from the heavy protected to the slick clean look, that's where I found my beloved Redskins' case for my Galaxy S5 for only $5 just because I checked in! I didn't plan on writing a review, but the manager was so nice and generous and right before I left asked if I could write a simple review. I was more than happy to do him this favor. They did a wonderful job with assisting me all while attending other customers and maintaining a genuine smile. It was a warm welcome and sudden change from a hostile mega store. You won't be disappointed with their service! Definitely recommended!

Update! I went back in on Tuesday 12/23 and paid another $75 for a replacement screen because it was loose and on top of that I dropped it at a holiday party on Saturday night and it was cracked pretty bad The guys at DMV Unlocked Wireless were great, always friendly and the replacement was done in less than an hour and it looks amazing! We will see if it makes it through the 90 day warranty period! Fingers are crossed! Thank you guys!

Took my iPhone 5S in for replacement screen, cost $75, they guarantee all work for 30 days. After a day went by, the new touchscreen wasn't working properly so I returned phone to be fixed again. Good price, stay to their word, and takes 30-60 minutes for fix.

Great service at a great price. How is it that these guys can do screen repair at a lower price and in half the time as other places? They even found out that my last repair done elsewhere was subpar and they didn't even replace all the screws. I came in without an appointment and they replaced my cracked 5S screen in 25 minutes for $75. I recommend that everyone stop searching for faster service or lower price and just go here for all your mobility repair, accessories and services.
