Allen Floors

Purchased laminate flooring for living room and dining area. Floors were installed by an installation crew set up by Allen Floors. Extremely happy with the whole process. I priced out similar flooring at a few other places and found Allen Floors to be less than most and was able to get a higher quality product than I was seeing elsewhere. Communication was excellent and felt "in the loop" during the whole process. A couple weeks later my boys managed to break a "T mold" that separates the laminate from the tile. Within days the piece was replaced at no additional cost to me. Great products, great communication, great service, and no surprise costs. Can't recommend enough.

We purchased the flooring from Sam's Club, but we had them install it. They provided the cord around and the underlaminate. Their team came in promptly and were very efficient. We were very happy. Great.

Removed old carpet from 6 rooms and replaced with engineered hardwood. I am very satisfied with the job overall. The installers were very nice, polite and quality conscious. I felt confident leaving the house with them working. They were able to start the job the same week I ordered it done. It took a little longer than estimated, but did not seem unreasonable. Entire job took 7 days; 5 was estimated. The workers did not arrive very early each day (about 10:30 or 11:00 am), but they did work into the evening most days. They seemed very careful about ensuring that subfloors were level before laying the wood. They also were very careful with moving my furniture. I feel I got a good, competitive price on the work, and I am very happy with the final product.

installed ceramic tile and hardwood flooring which replaced tile and carpeted areas. Tearing up and replacing tile is messy. Expect it. The ceramic tile looks great. Tearing up and replacing carpeting is a lot easier and is not nearly as messy. The wood flooring looks a lot better than the carpet it replaced.

This was a 5 star experience. Beginning with the showroom visit to the completion of the project I have a great appreciation of the people and the quality of their work. EXCEPTIONAL!!

In May, one of the owners of the store, Dave came to the house to measure for the laminate installation and later we came out to the store to select the product. We then scheduled the work. The 3-man crew came out and completed the work in 3 1/2 days. The crew was easy to work with. In September, we decided to schedule the second phase of the laminate installation and called the store and Dave came out to perform the floor measurement for the laminate and tile. We returned to the store and met with the other owner, Johnny to select the tile. The work was scheduled. The same 3-man crew from the May job came out and installed the laminate and tile in 3 days. Both jobs were done without major issues. The owners and crew were easy to work with.

All work completed as promised and Company even came back to check on quality and my satisfactionof the work performed. Company excelled in the install process and even had their carpet installers come back to make sure the carpet to laminate transitioned well. My house has thick, expensive carpet that transitions perfectly to the laminate floor in the kitchen and entry hall. Allen Flooring is a full service
flooring company and they brought all there expertize to my small job.

Allen Floors installed ceramic tile in the bathroom and laminate in two living areas. They also had to grind out some cement overlay from a previous flooring company.
Everyone at Allen Floors was a pleasure to deal with. Johnny gave me a fair price and took care of everything. Hugo and his crew came in after another local flooring company had left us with a horrible finished product. A four man crew arrived on time and worked like a well oiled machine. They were effecient and took care of everything as promised. I will recommend them to everyone I know and they will be my first call the next time I need new flooring.

I got my tiles for my kitchen put in by Allen Floors. My experience was positive. What stood out about them was their honesty. Their pricing was competitive. I would use them again.

My experience was nice. I visited their store to select tile for my bathroom and I spoke with Johnny O. He was very informative and helpful. He was able to set up an appointment with David Clinton, the owner, to come out to the house to take measurements and give an estimates. He also very helpful. He set up an appointment to install the tile. The day of installation, the workers arrived on time. The first day, they removed the carpet and then prepped the floor and installed the new tile. The next day, they installed the molding and applied the grout. We were pleased with the workmanship. We had secured 3 estimates and Allen Floors was the best.
