I have worked out with several trainers at this gym. They are all very knowledgeable, experienced and friendly. They make working out a fun experience. I also enjoy the overall positive atmosphere at their gym, so I always look forward to my training sessions.

I`ve never been a group workout person, but now I look forward to it every time!!! Best one hour workout ever!!! Best one hour that you could invest in yourself. And it`s outdoor to boot! The trainers are awesome and fun, always there to help you. This is the bootcamp to join!

I`ve completed over 120 training sessions since April 2012. I`ve lost 21kg, reduced by 23cm around my waist, can now run 2.5km without a stop, and continuing to improve, can do "proper" push-ups and fit into clothes that are 3 dress sizes smaller!! My blood pressure and general health is improved and I am more flexible and stronger. Thanks a lot.

I`d recomend my trainer to anyone who is looking for a personal trainer. After discussing your excercise requirements he sets personal goals for you and is constantly encouraging you to reach these goals in a fun positive way.
