All staff was very professional and considerate. They were efficient and their workmanship was great. We have a very old, not so level or square home, but they were able to put the windows in square and level. They communicated throughout the process explaining each step and would always confirm when they were coming. In addition, they removed and hauled off the old windows.

I contacted Big Ike's Roofing & Siding to handle damage to a roof on a house I purchased via short sale. Time was limited and Big Ike's Roofing & Siding was able to complete the work the next day. Big Ike's Roofing & Siding was able to give me good advice on additional renovations to my home and learned they handle everything from planning through completion.

Big Ike's Roofing & Siding did major work on the substructure of our deck. His bid was reasonable and his references were great. He arrived on time, was very conscientious, communicated clearly, stayed on schedule, and always cleaned up. He did find unexpected problems during the job (no surprise), but explained them in plain terms and let me know what my options were. I would definitely hire him again.
