My parents are not happy with this agency. The first worker did not keep her word when she would come, often hot showing up at all. A second worker that they got told them that she had been assigned too many cases, and in addition, she worked as a cosmetician. So was not able to come to my parents even twice a week. My parents and I do not recommend this agency.
