At Body, we value your total health which is why we customize each session for what you need most, here you'll experience a blend of Swedish, Deep Tissue, Chinese Acupressure, Myofascial Release and Thai Massage on our heated tables.
We employ Ayurvedic Massage Lotions and Oils from Soothing Touch to holistically promote elemental balance as well as muscular and cellular health. Our foot oil is handmade in house and is an organic blend of jojoba, coconut and castor oils infused with Magnesium oil, Shea butter as well as oregano and peppermint essential oils.

THE ZEN LOUNGE
Our private Zen Lounge features a spacious Red Cedar Far Infra-Red Sauna with built in Magnetic Flux Therapy, Chromotherapy Light, Full Surround Heating Panels and an Oxygen Ionizer with Aromatherapy. Also featured in the Zen Lounge is a Japanese Tatami mat for stretching or quiet reflection.

POST TREATMENT
Not ready to go home? Enjoy complimentary Heat or Cold Therapy in the Post-Treatment Lounge or just relax with a cup of tea and sink into a plush leather power recliner with wireless Hemi-Sync technology designed to balance the left and right brain via alpha and beta sound waves.

HOME TREATMENT
Prolong the effects of your time here at Body with our custom blended Apothecary Oils, each one developed with a particular purpose in mind for the treatment of Sciatic pain, Fibromyalgia and Inflammation, Arthritis and discomforts caused by dry skin. Each blend is is made from organic, all natural and 100% pure oils and never tested on animals. Fortified to ease pain yet gentle enough for sensitive skin.
