Youth boxing for boys and girls are taught as early as 6 years old.

We have programs from youth to the very competitive fighter, our youth programs teach discipline and respect. Women’s self defense is taught through such arts as Muay Thai boxing, kickboxing or MMA (Mixed Martial Arts) Learn the art of grappling, Jujitsu or boxing.
