**$65 Service Call Fee (waived with repair)** *$85-135/hr rate, depending on appliance and parts needed* *Emergency service available for no additional cost* I repair, and service all major brands and appliances. I have years of experience, and I strive for perfection in my job daily. My Process- If your appliance needs a repair, or general maintenance I will set up a time to diagnose the problem that fits around your schedule. Some people can?t get the time off of work or can?t afford to lose a days pay. I can make an evening or weekend appointment if the need arises. The diagnostic fee is $65. That?s it, and it?s just to cover travel, and other expenses. I will spend as much time needed to properly diagnose the issue with your appliance during the appointment. I will then give you a complete no hidden cost or fee estimate. Your service will be easily explained, and what parts (if needed) will cost and how much the charge for labor will be, in the clearest possible way. I am up front about what your hard earned money is going toward. That being said I have extremely low over head and routinely check my rates against local competitors to make sure I am doing the most cost effective work possible. Once you agree to the job cost I will get your machine up and running as expediently as possible, and If I have the part on hand, it will be done that day. If not I can order the parts Express, and have them installed immediately. I use a nation wide distributor that has locations in both Hartford and close by in New York. Once the part comes in I will call you back and set up another convenient time to finish the job. When installing the part I do other necessary maintenance, such as lubricating moving parts, cleaning out lint (from dryers) and so forth. I make sure the work is as neat and professional as you can find with few other appliance specialists. After installing the part I run the machine through a test cycle to make sure it is working to standards. The only payment requested before the final step is my low cost diagnostic fee. The labor and part cost will be collected upon job completion. At this point the work is complete, and you can rest assured in the integrity of the work that I have done.
