Picked me up at my home, took me to a function, waited for me and then took me back home. The car was clean and the driver acted appropriately professional: polite but not too chatty. Since the event was right after work, I had to dress at work and then go home. Upon my arrival at home a few minutes before the scheduled pickup time, there was the limo!  I needed a few minutes to do some last minute preparation so it was nice not having to rush (like having a cab waiting). When I came out my driver got out, opened the door for me and took the bag I had in my hand to put it in. This was the third time in the last couple of months that I hired Global Palatine Limo Service to drive to special events. The first was a bridal shower luncheon. Our driver was very professional and friendly. My friend, the bride-to-be, was so surprised and pleased.  Our driver went above and beyond when I left something in his trunk.  He drove all the way back to my house to drop it off the next day. The second event was a rehearsal dinner. The brides family, bride, and I were pleased again with great service in getting us to multiple places. My sister and I recently took a trip to Chicago and used Global Palatine Limo Service. From the time I booked, their service was nothing short of phenomenal. They called to confirm and since we were meeting a 3rd person who had a later flight, they tracked his flight to ensure the right time to pick us up from the airport. Unfortunately, our 3rd person was delayed several hours so we decided to leave the airport early - when we called Global Palatine Limo to see how soon they could get to us, they told us the driver could be to us in 10 minutes. Our driver had actually gone home since it was supposed to be a long wait, but made the trip early to get us. Not only was he super pleasant, he also pointed out landmarks on the way and gave us great information on how to get around and the layout of the city. On our way back to the airport, the driver was right on time and was just as great. I would HIGHLY recommend their service to anyone!

Everything was so seamlessly and impeccably organized with every detail of our journey planned and executed to perfection. I contacted Global Palatine Limo Service to arrange a surprise limo night for my daughter's birthday party.  The price he quoted was more than fair and he was very professional in helping me set up the party details for pick-ups, etc. Unfortunately, circumstances changed and we were unable to have the party as planned. Although I worried that I may have lost my initial deposit, I was promptly refunded with a phone smile. I would definitely recommend this company and will certainly use them in the future.

We were very happy with their service. We have scheduled airport transport with different companies and have been mostly disappointed. A few have been on time & no problems but we have had to take our own car to the airport & leave it in the parking lot with a key in it to have a friend pick up later because of delays from the transport service or because they just didn't show up. We always make advance reservations so it's not like we were trying to do something at the last minute. I went on Angie's List and saw Global Palatine Limo as being highly recommended so I scheduled a 6:30 am pick-up from our home to the airport. We were pleasantly surprised when the car was not only on time but 5-10 minutes early! The car was clean and well-kept and the driver was very pleasant. I had also scheduled a pick-up from the airport for the return flight. We were coming back from the Bahamas and were checking in at the Nassau airport after a connecting flight and discovered that the airline had put us on an earlier flight! We ran for the gate & had enough time to email Global Palatine Limo Service to give them the new info and see if they would still be able to make the pick-up. They emailed back right away that they could still pick us up. As soon as we landed and I turned my phone on - there was a call from the driver telling me where he was, his name & what he was wearing so we could identify him in the mob of baggage claim. He helped us with the bags, loaded them into the car and got us home quickly. Global Palatine Limo Service saved the day for us especially on the unexpectedly early flight home. Excellent transportation to programs and events around town day or night, especially for those with limited night vision. I used this service twice since within the last 3 months. Each time it was easy to schedule. The limo and sedan were both clean and comfortable. The drivers were courteous and professional. The drivers arrived ten or 15 minutes before the appointed time. Upon arrival to our residence the drivers either telephoned or sent a text message letting us know they were parked outside our front door. At the appointed return time the driver sent a text message letting us know he was nearby waiting to pick us up. The communication was helpful. We felt safe and comfortable both times. We were picked up at 4am by a cheerful professional driver. We were also greeted by another cheerful professional driver 2 weeks later. The cars are very clean and a very smooth ride. The gratuity is included in initial price so you don't have to fumble around or try to figure tip when all you really want to do is get baggage and get home after a long journey. We used them again a couple months later. Services were perfect. We will use them for all future transport needs.

Our driver was waiting for us at baggage claim. He was great, and the vehicle to transport 7 of us and a lot of luggage was very comfortable. I was happy with these services.  When I initially made the reservation I actually messed up the time, since I was in a different time zone.  When I called, they were very happy to correct the reservation, and our case was right on time.  We asked for curbside pick up (as opposed to the driver waiting inside), so when we arrived he called me to find out where I was and where to look for his car.

This company is really amazing! Each time (5 separate days), the limos were at least at least 15 minutes early. The drivers were courteous and professional and got everyone where they needed to be on time. We needed a child seat for the limo and the party bus, and each vehicle had the seat. For the ride home from the airport, the driver called me right on time, and was easy to communicate with and find. I would recommend this company to everyone. They gave us a great deal on the wedding limos and the party bus and included the ride to the airport. Everything was effortless.

They were fantastic!  They  showed up at our home right on time and were there to meet us a week later at the airport.  The driver helped us with our bags  (he even offered to bring them to the front door when we returned) and drove  very safely.  We also got a  5%  discount for being a first time user.  I would highly recommend them and certainly use them again if I need limo service.

My family and I have used the services of Global Palatine Limo Service five times so far and have never had anything but exceptional service. Our chauffeur has always been prompt, helpful, courteous, professional and an excellent driver. The limo has always been very clean, in good condition and fresh smelling. The inside temp is always pleasant, although the driver never fails to ask if we'd prefer it adjusted up or down. I have hired this company to transport my elderly parents on a number of occasions to and from the O'Hare International Airport, 90 minutes from their home. My father is the world's worst fretter and worrier. Every time Global Palatine Limo runs my parents (and all their baggage!) to the airport in the Spring or picks them up and takes them back home again in the Fall, Dad calls me to tell me how great their service was and how using them takes all of the worry out of that part of their trips. My parents have always been very happy with their kindness and helpfulness, not only with getting their baggage in and out of the limo, but with making sure that they were taken care of and ok before the driver left. This company is so courteous that they even call me to let me know that my parents have arrived at the airport and that they and their baggage were checked in. I cannot imagine using another limo service for myself and my family or for my parents. With this company, I can just relax, knowing that we're in good hands and everything is taken care of.

I hired Global Palatine Limo Service for my daughter's prom.  I had to make changes to my reservation a couple of times and that was not a problem for them to adjust the schedule.  The representative on the phone was very professional and returned my calls in a timely manner.  The driver arrived well over the 15 min before the time reserved.  He was very professional and I felt confident in trusting him with my daughter and her friends. My daughter who wanted to drive herself was glad that I hired Global Palatine Limo Service, as well. She and her friends felt comfortable and safe. Needless to say, I will use this service again.
