I cannot recommend highly enough the staff at the Utopia Management Inc. We are currently in the process of having our property rented out and fully managed by Utopia Management Inc. For me what made them stand out from other estate agents was their consistent professionalism and communication. They are extremely prompt in always responding to my emails and keeping me informed at every step in the process. They even managed to secure tenants in less than a week of our apartment being advertised.
