Shree Yoga Studios

We are a boutique yoga and pilates studio offering smaller classes with personal attention from highly trained, certified instructors. Our special beginner and therapeutic yoga classes and expert alignment instructions so you get the most out of each class. Shree Yoga is beautiful and secluded, with an eastern-facing wall of windows that looks out on a courtyard and the sparkling Saddle River. We are located in Bergen County minutes from: Ridgewood, Allendale, Paramus, Montvale, Mahwah and Ramsey. Ten percent of after tax profits goes to charities supporting the under-privileged both locally and overseas.

New Students

Both beginners and experienced practitioners are welcome. We want you to try our studio, so we offer an unbeatable special special for first-time local students of 20 consecutive days of yoga for only $30. This makes sampling our yoga classes and expert teachers easy and stress free.

Atmosphere: Our unique location provides a very peaceful and quiet space to do yoga. Meditation benches in the gravel courtyard outside the studio face onto the Saddle River.

Reservations: Please arrive 10 minutes early and register at the desk. You do not need to call in advance or reserve a space. We accept cash or checks only at the studio. Bring your own mat, or borrow or purchase one from us.
