After moving to a new home this was my first time ever having to deal with a septic system. This was the 1st & only company I had used for the first 2yrs. I had to call them about every 3 months to have the tanks emptied. The last few times they came out it was highly recommended that I have some repair work done to prevent more costly problems in the future. I was asked to pay the full amount upfront so they could purchase the supplies that were needed because they didn't have enough money to cover the cost.

The guy didn't show up or call 2x when scheduled and when I Finally got a hold of him he had some good excuse. When he finally did show up to start the job, it was to ask for more money because he needed more supplies then he first thought and He drove up in a car with a friend instead of the work truck.

The job was never started and I never saw my $$$ again! I've called & called with no reply or refund. The next company I hired said they should only need to come about ONCE a yr!! Not 4 or 5! And NO Work was ever needed!! Its been over 6months since the new company came out and I haven't had a problem since!

As heinsight is always 20/20, Looking back I know there were Red Flags Everywhere but I'm a very soft harted person and I always try to give people the benefit of the doubt. I don't know this for a fact but I highly suspect the young man is suffering from some type of addiction and that's where my $ went.
