I had an awful experience with this company. I contacted them because I needed to change the locks or 2 doors when they actually only ended up re-keying the doors. At the end of service the technician suggested I change the handle for $200.00 and I asked him if it was necessary and he said no. I signed of on the invoice and the work performed and the following morning the handle did not lock at all. When I called to complain the said the tech offered to fix the handle and they would not be able to guarantee it. How funny that the following morning I all of a sudden needed a handle. I would contract this company if you want to robbed. I should have just gone to buy a handle at Menards for 50.00 and done it myself. Very unprofessional and not about making the customer happy. The technician basically covered his end and now I'm out $200.00.
