We were very pleased with our experience today with Joes Garage Services. Our technician, Did very knowledgeable about the problems we were having and explained our options. He did not pressure us in any way to make a hurried decision, which we really appreciated! He recommends what he thought would be the best option for our money and long term use of our garage doors. He was professional. Highly recommend to my neighbors.

Called Joes Garage Services and was given an immediate appointment and was told that the technicians would call me when they were on that way. They called within the time frame promised and showed up within 15 minutes.They have technicians within the service areas as noted. I called a so called local company and they never even called me back and that was the company who originally installed my doors. As a local realtor, I'll always refer out Joes Garage Services! Technicians where great and very professional!

Service guy was on time, and very friendly and professional. He not only did the work he was called out to do, he also told me what kind of battery I needed for my remote and taught me how to program them with the door. He gave me valuable advice without pushing me to buy anything. I was completely satisfied, and that's saying something because I'm a tad nit-picky. :)

I needed to replace my wooden one piece garage doors and garage door openers. The guys from Joes Garage Services were awesome from the time they first came to give an estimate to the actual service getting completed! They were very concerned about my happiness. The doors look great! The openers work very well! I am totally satisfied with the professionalism and the dedication to customer service! Great job.
