Leveille Home Improvement Consultants, Inc. is a design-build, remodeling and renovation company experienced with many different types of interior and exterior projects. We provide free estimates and preliminary plans with market competitive pricing. LHIC staff is knowledgeable about the building process and is available to answer any questions you might have related to your project.

LHIC offers home additions, remodeling, renovation, landscaping, custom furnishings, repairs and other services.

Carpentry: construct add-ons such as a deck, fence, timber wall, remodeling and other projects.

Masonry: design and build patios, walkways, driveways, retaining walls, fireplaces, firepits, outdoor kitchens, etc.

Landscaping: design and install new gardens, prune, edge, mulch existing landscaping and design and install yard lighting.

Plumbing: Clayton Derexson, our staff plumber, has more than ten years experience in the trade. Clay is available for repair and install of heating/cooling equipment, faucets, sinks, toilets, dishwashers, showerheads, leak repair, basically any plumbing need.

Electrical: LHIC has a Maryland licensed electrician who handles new installs and repairs including generators, heavy-ups, outdoor and indoor lighting, etc.

Cabinetry: LHIC has an in house Custom Woodworking Shop and we design and build bathroom vanities, kitchen cabinets, library shelves, walk-in closets, wine cellars, and more to make your vision a reality

Architectural: on staff draftsman and designers who create architectural CAD drawings that meet the needs of your project.

Additional services include: pressure washing, window replacement, trim repair, basement finishing, storage rooms, flooring and tile installation.

We serve the suburban Maryland region: Aspen Hill, Beltsville, Bethesda, Chevy Chase, Colesville, College Park, Colombia, Derwood, Fulton, Germantown, Laurel, Olney, Potomac, Rockville, Silver Spring, and Wheaton.
