Future of Fitness offers the highest level of fitness training in the Metropolitan D.C. area. We use a more individualized approach to fitness in order to maximize our client's experience in our facility. Products Carried: Our facility and nutritional staff are advocates of Shakeology meal-replacement shakes, and sell them at our facility. We also sell recovery equipment and kits, Advocare supplements, sports drinks, and water.

Atmosphere: Our atmosphere is very family-orientated. You are not just another client to us. We will know your name within the first week of working out with us, and it's typical for our trainers to welcome you with a big "HELLO!" from the back of the gym. We all work together and are a big group of like-minded, hard-working people.

Amenities: Our garage-style facility doesn't look like a typical "gym" when you first walk in. We don't have the flashy equipment and the rows of treadmills. However, we do have everything that you will need to be successful, including the following top-of-the-line products: Woodway treadmills; Keiser bikes; the Vertimax training system; TRX; kettlebells, free weights, and power racks; tires, battling ropes, and sand bags; and much, much more!
