Foxy Mommy Fitness

Bring your kids and workout with other moms! We incorporate the kids into the workouts and also have space for them to play in the same room as us. If your child doesn't do well in a separate room or a drop off center, this is the place for you. Most kids play with their friends and then linger over to us all throughout the workout. We are very laid back in our environment and tending to the kids needs, but also push hard and get a great workout. Our instructors are knowledgeable and approachable and are always willing to give modifications for the beginner and advanced options for the more elite. A great atmosphere, a supportive group of women and an encouraging leadership team makes us a unique program for moms who otherwise wouldn't have the opportunity to workout.
