Simple Capital Direct

My experience with Simple capital Direct was one that I had to write about. I usually never to this but I was motivated to do it because of the work ethic of the team mover at simple capita direct. At first I filled out a basic application (for a sale leaseback) in order to use it as collateral for my loan. It was great they gave me a loan that was above the appraised value. They stated that they had the ability to do so because of my business potential. Wow, they did everything fast and efficient with in 2 weeks I had my money and the best thing it was a great low rate.
Secured lending and business lending with Simple capital Direct was the greatest.
