Yes, service members can break their lease without penalty in certain circumstances through the Servicemembers Civil Relief Act (SCRA). Please contact the property manager as soon as possible in this situation. You will need to provide written notice and a copy of your military orders.
Yes, if the lease buy-out fee has been paid. A 60-day notice is required before vacating your apartment, and the lease buy-out fee is $2000. Please make sure that you reference your signed lease agreement and confirm policies with your Property Manager as there could be unique circumstances.
Up to 2 pets are allowed for $30 each per month. There is a one-time, nonrefundable $299 pet fee for 1 pet or $499 for 2 pets. Breed restrictions do apply so please contact the office for information. Cats and most dogs are welcome.
You can pay rent by setting up your online account on our website. This allows you to use a bank account (no fee) or credit card (with fee) to make payments.
Rent is always due on or before the first of the month. The grace period ends at 11:59 pm on the 5th and a $125 late fee is assessed on the 6th of every month (even Sundays and holidays).
The security deposit maximum is a full month rent. The minimum is $300. There is a possibility of a non-refundable $300 credit approval fee depending on credit, rental and employment history. *Contact the office for more details.
You are responsible for all utilities. There is a utility charge every month for water, trash, sewage, and pest control. It is paid to Meadowrun with your rent every month. All of the units also have electric (AES Ohio) that you are responsible for turning into your name before move in.
Applications may be found under the “floor plans” tab of our property website or you can stop in the office for a paper application.
Application fees are $60 per person 18 and older occupying the apartment. There is also a $150 administrative fee and a $100 holding fee. You may pay these online by credit card, a small fee will apply. All application fees are not refundable for any reason.
Our apartment homes are priced individually based on the amenities and features.
No appointment is necessary to tour our community; however, it is always appreciated if you call ahead to make sure we are available to provide adequate time for you to tour and ask questions. Please arrive no later than one half hour prior to closing if you would like to tour the property. Everyone over 18 must have a valid photo ID to tour the community.
