Includes custom home exercise program and goal planning. Pilates for Fitness Evaluation $120 Comprehensive (60 min.) physical assessment of strength, flexibility, balance, and posture. Includes custom home exercise program and goal planning. Physical Therapy Treatment Session $120 One-on-one therapy session (55 min.) utilizing manual therapy techniques, therapeutic exercise, neuromuscular re-education, and development of a custom home exercise program. Pilates Rehabilitation Session $120 One-on-one therapy session (55 min.) utilizing manual therapy techniques,Pilates apparatus, and development of a custom home exercise program. Private Pilates for Fitness Session $100 Private session (55 min.) utilizing Pilates apparatus. Duo Pilates for Fitness Session $60 Pilates for 2 (55 min.) utilizing Pilates apparatus.
