When I called Remax I was doubtful on hiring them as I never hired any professional movers. After going through the positive referrals I decided on hiring them. Every time I called the services they would update me courteously. Professionals reached my place on time and carefully wrapped and kept my things in their truck. After 5 days when my things were delivered in their original condition I was relived.

I had to relocate to California and I therefore was in search of a good moving service. It was friend who told me about Remax Van Lines and emphasized to use these services. He moved to Florida with the help of their services. As me and my husband were in a hurry to shift we were looking for excellent services so that my children also do not miss on their school much. The guys here did a real good job in a very short time.

My office things are heavy and so I was concerned about what vehicles would be used by the mover company so that these things can be transported well. They were well equip and affordable enough even though the distance was long.

I would like to extend my apologies to the crew of Remax Van Lines who were assigned during my move. Because of previous bad experiences with other movers I became too possessive with my stuff which to a certain extent caught the crew with a tight and tough job. Despite my attitude, the crews carried out the job very professionally and were also very courteous. After the move I felt sorry for what I did but the crews have already left. With this message, I hope that they will understand the way I behaved and accept my “thanks” for their job very well done.

Movers were careful with my furniture and on-time (even early) to both loading and unloading. Excellent moving technique used by all movers. Only downside was that movers were pretty worn out by the 3-story walk-up that I moved out of, but I didn't care about how long they took, so it wasn't a big deal. Just felt bad for the movers. Also, the email responses were very quick (immediate) and all my questions were well answered.

We were extremely pleased with the service that we received! They were very particular with wrapping and handling our furniture, very fast with delivery from Austin to Phoenix, 24 hours and were very careful and particular about making sure everything was just right on the delivering end. this company was extremely timely. They were a bit early on arrival and exactly on time on delivery, which was greatly appreciated. Both of the guys had very professional attitudes, and made my move from Baton Rouge to NYC very easy! This was my first shipment on quote my moves and all went well. The drivers showed up exactly on time. They gave great care to my home and the moved items. They had to deal with odd shaped VERY heavy table, but were delightful and professional. I highly recommend this company
