Before joining us at Sunset Hill, Chef Brill owned and operated one of the finest inns and kitchens in America (AAA 4-diamond, Relais et Chateaux), and built his own wine spectator Grand award wine list - one of only a few dozen world wide, as well as sat on the American board of Food and Wine. Here at Sunset Hill House Chef Brill joins innkeeper Nancy Henderson (NH Innkeeper of the Year, Bailli - Chaine des Rotisseurs NH) creating incredible 'food memories' for our guests. The casual NH tavern overlooks our famed Sunset (Sunset Hill House on Sunset Hill Road - so named for a reason!) and offers lighter fare - from 1/2 lb burgers to lobster quesadillas, and local beers.
