These staples of craftsmanship, so lost in today’s fast-paced world, were the inspiration for Master Baker and Master Pastry Chef Ziggy Cichowski and Executive Chef Patricia-Ann Donohue to open their bakery Maple Street Patisserie. Pastries and breads bring a memory to you from another time or another place–a time when baked goods were a marvel of ingenuity and simplicity. All of our recipes are based from Master Chef Ziggy’s studies throughout Europe, in countries such as Austria, Italy, Germany, France and of course his homeland Poland.
