Brian Dickens and Nicky M. ( full name not on business card) treated me great. Brian made me want to do business there. I wish Max would have given me the rate he quoted me during negotiations instead of me finding out in Nickys office what the real rate was, It worked out but that could have been done better. When I left Brian helped me understand the gadgets on the car and offered me his cell number if I need anything in the future. Nicky is a great asset to you, he understands how to sell your products and work with the customers. He answered all my questions thoroughly. I love the car.

Eric in Sales was professional, helpful and a joy to work with. My only complaint is that his boss agreed to a price of one amount, then when we completed the paperwork it exceeded that amount However, I was still very pleased with the rest of what I received for the price.

I felt I was mislead by my internet search and conversation with Nicole Harrison. If her job was to make sure I got in the door she was excellent and should get a promotion. I discussed on the phone with Nicole what I was looking for, 2015 Sonata. When I arrived very cordial and I was turned over to salesman Eric. Very nice young man but being only his first week on the job he was constantly running around. Never saw Nicole again, but she did ask Eric why he showed me 2015 and not 2014 and 2015 do not qualify for zero percent interest, this was never part of our conversation. I mentioned immediately before I ever went to see the cars on the lot that I had been to the website and viewed the 3,000 mile test drive and liked what I saw. Even inquired about the hybrids. Decide on car and after the numbers were run and they were nowhere within my budget, Brian Williams enter the conversation, I felt he was very condescending speaking to my daughter and I. I had done my research knew what car I was interested in, with price and trade-in. Brian wanted me to consider the Elantra instead. So, I ask what is the difference between 2015 and 2014 model Sonata and I told there is only one left on the lot. Really, would I have discussed a 2014 with Nicole. Then we get to leasing instead if purchasing and this was one option I had already considered. To shorten the rest of the story, I started at $379/mo, upon leaving I was followed out the door and told by Max they could get it down to $299/mo and after some phone calls during my lunch when I inquired why I wasn't originally getting internet pricing I was given $279/mo. I accepted the deal, returned to the dealership and it took more than an hour to get in to see John the finance guy. Then I'm told I'll get a survey and to make sure I give them all 10's probably not the best thing to say to someone who has been waiting. I was told someone would call me Monday morning to schedule my first service. It's now Saturday and no call. I received and email from Kevin Szura, General Manager stating if there was anything I wasn't completely satisfied with to call him. I called on Thursday and receptionist asked questions, told me he wasn't available and wanted me to talk with Brian Williams,I told her I had no desire to speak to him as he was one of my concerns. I gave her my phone number and said if Mr. Szura wanted to talk to me he could call me back. Yes, someone did call back and left me a message saying Mr. Szura asked hem to call on his behalf. I wanted to speak to Mr. Szura and explain my concern since he generated an email to me. I did not call the other person back. Overall, I am loving my car. It's exactly what I wanted

I was nervous, and to be honest upset about what happened to my 2012 Elantra. My lease was up end of Dec. of this year. Bruce told me everything would be fine and he was right. I pulled out of Hyundai with my new Elantra Bruce was the best he had a very calming voice. Thanks Bruce for making everything ok as promised.

I received what looked like a "Form" email asking for anything needed? I responded with a question that was never answered. Also, it ALWAYS takes at least 2 people to answer your phone and then direct you where necessary. When you are in the process of purchasing or have purchased, the support is excellent.
