If there was a no star option, I would certainly use that one. On 1/13/15 Matthew McKendree, the owner of this business, took a check for $250 from my 84 year old mother-in-law, to repair her microwave. He promised to be back the next week. He never returned and was using a burner cell phone. My mother-in-law booked the appointment through Advanced Appliance Service. Matthew McKendree was fired from there. Do not give this man any money. If you check on the internet you will see that he has done this to many people.
