I scheduled and appt and they sent over Bill to give me a FREE estimate. Bill came and inspected the entire garage door system. He gave me an estimate of $400 to replaced the spring ,10 rollers, and door tune up. The door tune up consisted of lubing the chain, rails and all the hinges.

I had a problem with my garage door. It was really hard to open.I called the Garage Door Doctor and talked with Vincent and he explained me what the problem could be. He came out on time and replaced the big springs.

I contacted Mike after finding his information on the web. He was very professional and informative in helping us replace a broken garage door spring. Mike was able to service our home the same day. He was finished in less than 45 minutes and the door has worked flawlessly since. I am very satisfied with the overall experience and will be recommending Cowtown Door to everyone from now on!!

I found Cow town Door Company on the web. Called the number (on a Sunday). Expected to get a call the next day. Mike, the owner, called me within 5-minutes. I told him what I wanted and he quoted me a price. A couple days later he was at my house installing a new single garage door to replace my old doubles. Mike went the extra-mile to frame-up a sturdy header to support the single door and replaced my old rails. He was able to use my existing garage door opener and wired it up to the new install. Took him the better part of the day to do the work. It's over a year later and seriously, hardly a day goes by that I am not thankful for the great work that Mike did. The wife and I both get to park our cars in the garage, the door looks great and it has worked flawlessly since Mike did the install. I highly recommend Cow town Door Company. Great work. Fair price. Good people.

I used their company a couple of weeks ago and was very pleased with the service I received. They showed up on time, worked very quickly and were reasonably priced. I received cheaper quotes from other companies, but I wasn't sure if I could trust their service. I will always use Overhead Door Co of Houston.

This is the one you should call. I read many reviews (and actually canceled an app't with another company after reading) and placed several phone calls inquiring about my 'vintage' 1950's wooden garage doors with springs. One company that had good reviews, told me that he could not guarantee that he would be able to find parts. I called Brookes Bros. and he was not only very knowledgeable of the style, but also reassuring that he could repair them. On the day of service, he arrived early - much better than waiting around all day for a repair. After working with our problem, he did indeed repair the door. This was in June; I waited a month to write the review to make sure the job held up and it has just as I expected it would.

He said they could come out the same day. He told me sometime between 11-2. They were on time and made the repairs, my springs were broken and I didn't know so I ended up breaking my opener.

When I moved in the house had an old garage doors, so it had those spring issues and didn't even had a motor for easy access. I did not have enough of a budget to install the motor just yet, however, they took care of the spring problems and I am able to open the door without any troubles.

My garage door would not open. I called the Garage Door Doctor. Cody came out quick, he was very nice and gave me good information about keeping my door from having problems in the future. They were right on time, clean, knowledgeable, and did a great job on my garage door repair.

They showed up within the designated two-hour window. The technician knew exactly what the problem was after I had explained that I had replaced a spring that had previously broken. He also adjusted my other garage door for an additional $30. I don't know why I didn't call sooner! I will definitely call them again.
