Dance Trance is a dance fitness class that uses choreographed routines to popular radio play songs to give you an amazing work-out! Our routines are influenced by a wide variety of dance styles - ballet, jazz, modern/contemporary, hip hop and Latin - to give you a unique dance fitness experience. There really is something in every class for everyone!

Dance Trance was created to give students a hard-core fitness work-out while dancing and having a good time, in a party-like atmosphere! Dance Trance classes are jam packed with students of all ages, participating in this all-out dance marathon. In any one class, you can find beginners and advanced students, all dancing together and loving their fitness class.
