I use hot stones to help relax tight muscles, it works faster and with less pain since the muscle will be warm it will loosen when simultaneously worked on with pressure. I am large on physically balancing the body. The reason most pain and tightness exists is becuase muscles are being pulled somewhere. Muscles are usually being pulled or weak on one side of the body such as the upper back and the front of the body the pecs are strong.

I work with the body as a whole and focus on strengthening the strong, and stretching the weak muscles. I teach this to you so you can heal yourself at home. I will also work with people with disabilities including range of motion and relaxation of the tense muscle.
