As an apartment community manager in the Salem area, I have used several large and small cleaning services. I have found that size does not matter when it comes to who can serve my needs the best.


For the last 3 years I have come to reley on Boris and Yelena of B.Y.K Cleaning as my go to people for my apartment cleaning and shampoo services when I have apartments to turn at move out time. They listen to my needs, respond quickly and have proven themselves to me to be very reliable in doing an above average deep sanitizing cleaning including inside cupboards and drawers. I have had carpets that I was sure would need to be replaced due to grime and spots. They surprise me everytime by making those carpets look new and smell fresh. By the way, they also do windows!

Very professional service by Michelle - 11/26/2012We are a smaller complex and were using a larger, much more expensive company for our carpets when I found BYK Cleaners. We have older carpets in most of our units and they have done a wonderful job of restoring life to all of the carpets they have cleaned and they have yet to find a stain they can not remove. They are very timely and are sometimes even early. They never leave without reviewing the final look of the carpet with me, and they are on the job 100% from the time they arrive till they time they leave. I will definitely continue to use BYK Cleaners for my carpets.
